Access to the data room:

• Does not constitute an offer or solicitation

• Does not create any obligation by Elevare to proceed with any transaction

Any transaction will be subject to definitive agreements.

Materials are provided “as is.” Elevare makes no representation or warranty as to accuracy or completeness.

Return or Destruction of Materials

Upon request, you agree to:

• Return or destroy all materials

• Confirm such destruction if requested

Reservation of Rights

Elevare reserves the right to:

• Grant or revoke access at any time

• Modify or update materials without notice

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
