Project Update - January 22, 2026

800 South Queen Street has reached four stories, with all floors complete and the building nearly under roof as final roofing and stair towers are finished. Crews are progressing on utilities, stair installations, and upper-floor core drilling while parapet walls go up. Window installation begins next week, fully enclosing the building and pushing interior work forward.
