In partnership with Union Evangelical Lutheran Church, Elevare is redeveloping a central city block into a vibrant, inclusive mixed-use community where affordable housing, essential services, and faith-based missions come together. This groundbreaking project isn’t just about buildings — it’s about breathing new life into a neighborhood and giving working families and community members a place to call home.

With the Union Evangelical Lutheran Church, Elevare is reimagining the church site as a modern campus for working families, community services, and spiritual support.

Our plan includes:

• Affordable and mixed-income housing for working families

• Dedicated space for charitable services, including:

  • The WELL Food Pantry

  • Clothing distribution center

  • Commercial kitchen

  • Multipurpose community room and stage

  • Meeting and counseling spaces

  • Church offices and administrative rooms

• Space for future services, such as a nightcare center, health clinic, or job training facility
