We’ve broken ground on our first development at South Queen Street in Lancaster, Pennsylvania—a transformative project that will deliver 52 affordable rental apartments and a 6,700 sq. ft. Grocery/Convenience Store designed to serve the local community.

Why It Matters
Our projects are strategically located in federally designated Opportunity Zones under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (2017), enabling us to deliver measurable community impact while offering significant tax advantages to investors. These include deferred and potentially reduced capital gains taxes, as well as substantial, income-generating real estate assets.

Future Opportunities
Elevare is actively advancing additional impactful projects. In York, Pennsylvania, the historic Union Lutheran Church—donated to Elevare—will be repurposed into affordable housing, preserving community heritage while addressing critical housing needs. Meanwhile, in Carlisle, PA, Elevare has secured 4.4 acres of development land, where we plan to construct 96 affordable apartments and are exploring the addition of a daycare center to support working families. These projects are just the beginning of our expanding portfolio, which aims to revitalize communities across Central Pennsylvania and beyond.
