Jeremy Feakins, a British-born entrepreneur and U.S. citizen, is a distinguished executive, investor, and innovator whose career bridges continents, industries, and missions of global importance. With a legacy built on visionary leadership, Jeremy has founded and led transformative ventures in affordable housing, renewable energy, and medical technology. At the heart of his work are two groundbreaking companies: Elevare and Ocean Thermal Energy Corporation (OTE Corp).

As Founder and CEO of Elevare, Jeremy is spearheading a mission to reimagine community development in America’s underserved regions. Elevare acquires and revitalizes underutilized properties in distressed neighborhoods, transforming them into affordable, high-quality housing and essential community spaces for working families. By strategically leveraging public-private partnerships—including grants and low-cost loans—to strengthen its capital stack, Elevare enhances investor returns while delivering measurable social impact. Current projects in Lancaster, Carlisle, and York, Pennsylvania, exemplify Jeremy’s commitment to equitable growth, economic revitalization, and sustainable investor value.

Jeremy also serves as Chairman and principal investor in Ocean Thermal Energy Corporation (OTE Corp), a cleantech company advancing Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) and Seawater Air Conditioning (SWAC) technologies. These innovations deliver continuous, 24/7 renewable power and sustainable cooling—essential for island nations and U.S. military bases in strategic, energy-vulnerable regions. Under Jeremy’s leadership, OTE has conducted feasibility studies across the Caribbean and Pacific, partnered with the U.S. Department of Defense, and secured a multimillion-dollar contract to design an OTEC system for the U.S. Army at Kwajalein Atoll. His experience navigating environmental permitting, engineering design, and capital formation has positioned OTE as a global leader in climate-resilient infrastructure.

Jeremy’s entrepreneurial journey also includes founding Medical Technology & Innovations, Inc. (MTI), which developed the PhotoScreener—a patented device that revolutionized early detection of eye disorders in young children. MTI achieved global distribution, public listing, and eventual acquisition, showcasing Jeremy’s ability to lead companies from startup to international success.

A veteran of the British Royal Navy, Jeremy’s dedication to discipline, service, and excellence was forged early in life. After training at the Royal Naval Supply School (now the Defense College of Logistics, Administration and Policing), he served aboard HMS Ark Royal and participated in NATO operations in Portugal, gaining valuable logistical and leadership experience that continues to inform his business philosophy.

Jeremy Feakins is more than an entrepreneur—he is a catalyst for lasting change. Through Elevare and OTE Corp, he is building a sustainable future where thriving communities and energy security are not just possibilities, but realities. His work reflects a deep belief that business can—and must—be a force for good.

Jordan Stewart is a visionary leader in finance and data analytics. From the beginning of Elevare's journey, he has been a driving force, steering the finance function towards unprecedented success. With over a decade of experience, Jordan's expertise transcends conventional boundaries, making him a true trailblazer.

As a seasoned data analytics and finance professional, Jordan's insights have paved the way for remarkable advancements. His strategic prowess has elevated Elevare to its first groundbreaking of a 52-unit affordable apartment project in the City of Lancaster, PA, and resonated in the corridors of a cutting-edge real estate tech firm in the heart of New York City. At this dynamic firm, he holds the reins of the analytics team, orchestrating innovation that propels the industry forward.

Beyond his corporate roles, he is a hands-on real estate virtuoso. His personal property portfolio is a testament to his knack for turning vision into reality. Jordan's creative finesse is palpable in every endeavor, from orchestrating transformative property renovations to crafting multifaceted deals.

With an MBA from West Chester University and a BS from Lebanon Valley College, Jordan's academic foundation is as solid as his professional accomplishments. However, his influence extends beyond spreadsheets and balance sheets. An ardent believer in giving back, he coaches high school basketball, instilling values of discipline and teamwork in young athletes passing down what he learned himself as a college basketball player. Moreover, as a co-founder of a nonprofit AAU basketball club, he champions the fusion of sports and community development.

Jordan's journey embodies the intersection of analytical acumen, financial foresight, and philanthropic fervor. His story is of continuous innovation, unwavering dedication, and a commitment to making a tangible impact. Whether in finance, real estate, or community enrichment, Jordan's legacy is etched in the lives he's touched and the transformative changes he's brought about.
